Cancellation policy: Our cancellation or booking change notice period is 48 hours before arrival i.e. you have to inform us of any cancellation or change (for example, fewer members of your party turning up on the day of arrival) at least 48 hours before your arrival date. If the cancellation or change is made after this time, we may charge you for the first night's accommodation.
What if I do not turn up without cancelling? In this case a non-arrival fee will be charged against you, equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation.
What does the term "cancellation & change policy" mean? This refers to the time limit in advance of arrival, before which you are entitled to cancel or change your booking without incurring a charge. In other words Rhyd Hir has a cancellation policy of 48 hours prior to arrival. If you cancel your booking or change the numbers of guests booked in prior to this time, then you will not incur a charge. However if you cancel or change less than 48 hours prior to arrival, then a charge will be incurred. This charge will normally be equal to the first nights' accommodation.
